This project, located in a historical street of Lille, aims to offer a concrete response to the cultural needs of a growing and changing city.
The complexity of a dense program in a limited space and strictly regulated context, led us to develop a nested and interiorized concept.
This haven, focused on a vertical interior composition, includes conference rooms, exhibitions, and artists' studios.
Every space, conceived to be a strong and symbolic space, is connected to one another other by a central luminous and plant covered axis, that goes from the basement, where the spa is, up until the terrace where the café and garden with sculptures are.
