Our client wanted us to rehabilitate an ancient garage, located in St Maur, a suburban district outside of Paris.
We then had to conceive an optimized space, while respecting local urban regulations, in order to keep the style and overall volume of the space.
We favored the creation of simple and luminous living spaces, such as the creation of a patio inside the house and the embellishment of existing structures. Throughout the renovation we sought to respect the existing materials and atmosphere of the place.
