This project is a response to the growing infrastructures of the African continent that is in the midst of developing and offers a realistic and coherent building.
The visual impact is directly inspired by local culture and is a continuation of the African codes in architecture. This esthetic also generates a thermal optimization through the louvers and the double skin façade.
The tower, depending on the light and the hour of the day presents a versatile esthetic and multiple dimensions, giving the building a dynamic visual aspect that echoes the dynamic African economic development.
