Invited to tender for the design of a 21st century holiday village, our proposal is based on combining the existing typology with a new vision of the holiday village of the future.
Taking full advantage of the magnificent panorama, it respects the site by incorporating a troglodyte landscape that is nevertheless expressed through modern and multicultural architecture.
The village offers purposed-designed spaces and locations using local materials by using an environmentally friendly approach that includes installation of retention ponds, water wells and sunken areas.
The overall site plans take full account of the steep slopes and the view over the dunes and the sea, proposing a circular composition looking out over the heart of the village embellished with atria, a beach and a series of water features in the symbolic image of a clockwork structure evoking the control of time.
