In the optic of a concept consultation, our client wanted a hangar of quality but practical for his fleet of small planes, distinguishing itself from the usual hangars that we see. 
The idea was then to work with a transitional object, the plane and the take-off, a leitmotif that we tried to translate through the roof and the façades that we conceptualized in a light and aerial manner. This theme is further explored in our conception of a complex system of openings, like a light swaying veil, that would open the hangar through a disposition of cables, revealing the plane or preparing for its re-entry.
Our conception was also adapted to respect the environment by using materials like wood, organic cement, and a structure in glulam.
